2 Tbsp. cocoa
confectioners’ sugar
1½ cup finely crushed vanilla wafers (most of a 12 oz box), easily crushed in electric blender
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
¼ cup bourbon or rum


Directions:
Directions:
Into a large bowl, sift the cocoa and 1 cup confectioners’ sugar. Mix in remaining ingredients. Form the mixture into 1” balls with hands. Sprinkle about ½ cup confectioners’ sugar on a plate and roll balls to coat. Wrap each ball in plastic wrap or foil and keep in a covered tin for at least 1 week before eating. Mellow with age and last one month.
