2 cups (10 oz) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. flour
1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach cooked, chopped and well-drained
1 cup milk
2 eggs beaten
3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
½ tsp. salt
dash of pepper and garlic
1 - 9" unbaked pie shell

Directions:

In a large bowl, combined cheese and flour, mix well. Add spinach, eggs, milk, bacon, salt & pepper, and garlic and mix well.
Pour mixture into pie shell and bake at 350ºF for 60 min until set.
