3 tbs vegetable oil
1 cp finely chopped onion
2 tsps minced garlic
1 small hot green chile pepper, minced
1 1/4 lbs beef round, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
3/4 lb ground pork
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 large green bell pepper chopped
3 tbsps red wine vinegar
2 tbsps worcestershire sauce
2 tbsps ground cumin
2 tbsps chili powder
2 tsps salt
1/2 tsp ground red pepper or to taste freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 can (8 1/4 oz) red kidney beans drained

Heat oil in dutch oven over medium heat. Add onions, garlic and chile pepper; cook, stirring occasionally until onion is tender - about 5 min.

Add beef & pork and stirring with wooden spoon to break up ground pork, cook 5 min or until meat is no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients except kidney beans. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chili is thick. Stir in kidney beans and heat through.
