Pots & Pans


10 Servings of shell macaroni (approximately 10 cups, cooked)
1 1/2 cups chopped sweet peppers (red & yellow)
1 cup chopped onions
1 1/2 cups chopped cucumbers (approx 4 small)
1 1/2 cups chopped Roma tomatoes
1 cup shredded or chopped sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup light Ranch dressing
3/4 cup light Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/2 cup sugar or equivalent (I used 1/2 cup Stevia)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cook and drain macaroni. Let cool. Add prepared vegetables and mix.
Add cheese and mix
Add Ranch dressing and Miracle Whip. Mix well.
Add sugar, salt & pepper. Mix well.
Chill until ready to serve.
Makes approximately 16 cups (1 gallon). Enough for a crowd.
