cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 egg
2 tbsps. cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
tsp. maple flavouring
cup raisins
Pastry for 3 single crust pies

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out pastry on a lightly floured surface; cut into twelve 4" circles. Press onto bottom and up the sides of muffin cups. In a small mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add cream, egg, vanilla and maple flavouring. Stir in raisins. Fill each cup full. Bake 375F for 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
