Pupcakes
1 cup oat or whole wheat flour
1 cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs


Frosting
½ cup nonfat yogurt
¼ cup peanut butter
1 or 2 carrots shredded (to use as sprinkles!)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Mix together pumpkin puree, peanut butter, eggs and honey. Then stir in flour and baking powder.
Grease tins with coconut oil and fill with batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the center is firm.
Mix together yogurt and peanut butter. Once pupcakes have cooled, frost and decorate with shredded carrot sprinkles (you can mix some in with the frosting, or just pile on top).
