Shredded pork with Cubano seasonings
Non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
Cream cheese
Cumin
Garlic salt
Provolone, Sharp Cheddar or Swiss Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat shredded pork with Cubano seasonings on the stove. Add non-fat, plain greek yogurt and cream cheese to your desired consistency and taste. (I also threw in some cumin and garlic salt). Move to a baking dish and top with your preferred cheese (I used provolone and sharp cheddar but traditional Cubano sandwiches use Swiss).

Heat in the oven on 350 until the cheese is melted and the sides are bubbling.
