Ingredients:  
¾ cup mayonnaise (can use half mayo and half sour cream if desired)
2 limes, zested
4 tsp fresh lime juice
1tsp rice vinegar
1 clove of garlic, minced
3 tsp sweet chili sauce
4 Tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup fine chopped garden onion
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
5 cups shredded green cabbage or coleslaw mix

1. Whisk all liquid ingredients in a large bowl. Add cilantro, garden onion, and red pepper into dressing. Pour over cabbage and toss well until equally distributed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

This is a great compliment for fish, chicken, pork, and most Mexican dishes. Very easy and delicious....especially with Fish Tacos.
