Pickled slices beets or cooked beets
Mint leaves
Cheddar slices

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the cheese into bite size slices (approximately 1") and then cut the mint and beets into approximately the same size pieces. Dry the beets on a paper towel so they don't bleed on the plate. Layer cheese, mint and beets with cheese on the bottom and stick a pretty toothpick in each bite.

This is a simple and delicious appy that will wow your guests and so simple. Serve on a white plate for optimum presentation.
