3/4 cup flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup butter - melted
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla

Filling:
6 large eggs
ham or bacon - crumbled
Chinese parsley (coriander or spring onion)
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 390º.
Batter:
Place eggs and sugar in mixer bowl and beat until sugar is dissolved. Add flour, powder, vanilla, butter and milk to the bowl. Mix until completely smooth. If you don't have a gyeranppand pan, I don't, use a muffin tin or the sectional brownie pan. Grease it thouroughly then pour batter evenly between 6 sections, about 1/4 full. Crack an egg on top of the batter then sprinkle with meat and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes. Turn off oven and leave bread in oven for 5 additional minutes.

Serve warm.
