1 lb. small sized asparagus - ends trimmed
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup balsamic vinegar
20 medium strawberries - sliced
10 basil leaves - chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Place Asparagus on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes, just until tender. While asparagus is roasting, boil the balsamic until reduced to 1/4 cup.

Divide asparagus among plates, top with berries and drizzle with balsamic.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have found that the thinner asparagus has a sweeter taste.
When reducing the balsamic watch it closely as it will thicken very quickly once it starts to boil.
