8 oz baby carrots
8 oz Brussels sprouts, halved
2 Tbs oil
1 Tbs red onions, finely chopped
1 tsp thyme
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 Tbs honey
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
* In a pot of boiling salted water, cook carrots 2 min. Using slotted spoon, transfer to colander. In same pot of boiling water, cook sprouts until tender, 3-5 min; drain.

* In skillet, heat oil over med-low heat. Add onion and thyme; cook until tender, 2-3 min.,stirring. Stir in broth and honey; cook until liquid is reduced to 2 Tbs, 3 min. Add vegetables and 1/4 tsp salt; over low, cook until hot, 2-3 min stirring
