1 loaf of French bread
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 rib of celery, finely chopped
1 (13 oz) can condensed milk or can use Cream of Mushroom soup, not diluted
1 tsp Accent or Laurey's seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off about 2 - 3" off the ends of french bread, save ends, scrape out inside of bread loaf, leaving
crust intact. Crumble up bread insides, gently so the crust doesn't break. Soak 2 cups of bread crumbs in
milk for 10 minutes then blend with remaining ingredients.
Stand bread loaf on one end and stuff with meat mixture then lay it on a cookie sheet, replace ends of loaf.
Can cut loaf down some to size of meat inside. Bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours.
Bread crust will soak up all the juices, making it moist on the inside and crusted on the outside.
Serve with sour cream and your favorite sides. It freezes great for quick heating another day.
