3 large portobello mushrooms
3 T olive oil
1/2 purple onion
1 box grape tomatoes
1 box lettuce
1/2 box onion garlic croutons
Honey glaze almonds

Dressing:
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c vinegar
1/2 c olive oil
1/2 c sugar
1 garlic cube
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and cube mushrooms. Saute in olive oil until shriveled, set aside.
Slice purple onion. Slice grape tomatoes lengthwise. Mix with mushrooms and lettuce.
Combine dressing in separate container and mix until smooth; pour over salad.
Sprinkle the croutons and almonds over the salad.
