1 pkg refrigerator crescent rolls
2 pkg 8 oz cream cheese
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

Put the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and let it soften for 1/2 hour, or soften in the microwave for 1 minute.
Add lemon juice; vanilla, sugar and eggs to the softened cream cheese.
Mix well with a spoon or electric mixer.
Open the pkg of crescent rolls according to directions.
Unroll and spread out the pieces on an 8 x 12" baking pan so they touch and form a large rectangle.
With your fingers, press the dough edges together until the bottom of the baking pan is covered.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the dough.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until cream cheese sets.
Cut into squares.

Austin brought this home from school when she was in the 1st grade. I still have it :) The cooking time was not included in her version so I looked up other lemon bar recipes and 20 minutes was pretty standard.
