1 3/4 CUPS FLOUR
2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1/2 TEASPOON BASIL
1/2 CUP MARGARINE
1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
2 TOMATOES, SLICED THIN
1 TEN OUNCE PACKAGE FROZEN CHOPPED BROCCOLI, COOKED AS DIRECTED.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES

IN A MIXING BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, SALT & BASIL. BREAK IN MARGARINE WITH FINGERS UNTIL CRUMBLY. ADD SOUR CREAM. MIX DOUGH UNTIL MOIST ENOUGH TO HOLD TOGETHER.
PUT DOUGH INTO 9" PIE PLATE TO FORM CRUST.

PUT COOKED BROCCOLI IN BOTTOM OF PIE SHELL. TOP WITH SLICED TOMATOES & TOPPING.

TOPPING:

3/4 CUP SALAD DRESSING
1 CUP FRESHLY GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 TEASPOON INSTANT MINCED ONION

MIX TOGETHER. BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES. (PIE CRUST CAN BE MADE AHEAD AND FROZEN).
