1 1/2 lbs thinly sliced top round steak
1 c avocado oil
6 cloves garlic
4 T fresh chopped parsley
2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
2 c bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine olive oil, salt, garlic, pepper and parsley. Add meat and marinate for 2 hours. Remove steak from marinade and dredge in bread crumbs until well coated. Roll steak up tightly and cut in half. Place toothpick through to hold it together. Place on 13x9 inch pan. Drizzle marinade over each then bake at 375º for 20 minutes or until done.
