2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp anchovy paste, or 2 anchovies
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk until smooth
If you use whole anchovies, smash them into a paste first
If you want absolutely true Cesar Dressing, add a raw egg and mix in very well
