1 dozen eggs
pickle relish
salt
pickle juice
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs for 20 minutes and let them cool slightly.

Take the shells off and cut in half.

Place the yolks in a bowl and mix with pickle relish, salt, pickle juice (enough to moisten the eggs) and mayo. (enough to form the yolk but not too much).

Sprinkle the tops with paprika.
