4 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in the blender until frothy. In a small pot, melt 1 cup of white sugar. Pour melted sugar into an 8x8 glass pan. Place in a bain Marie. Cook at 325° for 40 minutes, or until set. (Flan should have a similar consistency to Jell-O). Immediately flip the flan over onto a large plate. Serve when cool.
