1 c. white rice
1 tbsp. oil
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
3 8 oz cans of water
Garlic powder (to taste)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Knorr to taste (Caldo de Pollo Chicken flavor bouillon powder works best but can use cubes)
A few cut onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice lightly in oil then add tomato sauce, water and seasonings. Stir gently once, then top with onion slices. Cover and let simmer until done. Keep checking rice and if it looks like it will need more water, add a little around edge of rice, then remove onions and serve!
