Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg of pasta of letters
1 can of tomato sauce- (you are only using ½ can)
2 medium ripe tomatoes
2 slices of onion
1 medium size garlic clove
1 heaping tbsp. of Knorr chicken broth in powder
Canola Oil or Olive Oil (to taste)
Salt (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
In a deep pot put two tbsp. of oil to get warm, then add the onions and the garlic to sauté in the oil. Pull them out of the pot and put in the blender. Set the deep pot aside so you can toast the pasta. Pour the pasta in the deep pot to toast the letters. While you are doing that, add the tomatoes, chicken broth, and ½ can of tomato sauce into the blender where you should have the onions and the garlic and blend them all together. Be careful not let the pasta burn as it should only be toasted. Once it is toasted, pour the blended ingredients into the pasta and let it simmer for 2 minutes making sure you are stirring it so it doesn’t burn. If it gets too dry add water so it doesn’t burn. Once it has simmered, pour 6 cups of hot water, add salt to taste, and let it boil for 8 minutes (you can add 2 more cups of hot water if you like your soup liquid). Turn off, cover, and set aside so it can finish cooking.
