2¼ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
½ cup butter or margarine, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1⅓ cups Chipits Skor toffee bits
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt, then set aside. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended. Add eggs and beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in toffee bits. Drop by rounded teaspoonful on prepared cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly, remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes 4 dozen.
