1 cup all purpose flour
½ tsp. salt
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup granulated sugar
8 tbsps. unsalted butter, room temperature
2 tbsps. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
½ tsp. baking soda

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line 3 large heavy baking sheets with parchment paper. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Using mixer, beat peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, honey, egg and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended. Stir dry ingredients into peanut butter mixture in two additions. Stir in chopped chocolate. Scoop about 3 tbsps. dough for each cookie onto baking sheets spacing them 2½" apart. Bake 12 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes. Transfer to racks. Makes 20 cookies.
