4 cups Heart Smart Bisquick baking mix
1 cup light sour cream
1 cup 7-Up
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Place butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and place it in the oven to melt.
In a large bowl combine the baking mix, sour cream, and 7-up. Dough will be very soft. Knead and fold dough until coated with baking mix.
Pat dough out and cut biscuits using a round cutter.
Place biscuits in baking dish on top of the butter and bake for 15 minutes or until brown.
