2 tsp. Montreal steak seasoning
1 dozen flour tortillas
1 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Cut the potatoes into small blocks and set aside. Put ground Turkey into frying pan and cook for 5 minutes on medium. Add potatoes, garlic salt, seasoning, and stir. Cover and lower heat, stirring occasionally until fully cooked. In a separate pan, add vegetable oil and heat on low. Warm tortillas 2 at a time in microwave to soften. Add a scoop of the ground turkey and potatoes on the tortilla and wrap. Put into pot and fry turning constantly to brown all sides. Remove and let sit on paper towel to remove excess oil. You can enjoy with salsa, sour cream, and sliced lettuce on a plate or simply pick it up with your hand and enjoy!
