c. milk
c. warm water
c. margarine or shortening
1 package of instant yeast
2 eggs, beaten
5 c. flour
c. sugar
tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the milk. Stir in sugar, salt, and margarine and cool to lukewarm. In a large bowl, stir in 1 cup flour, warm milk mixture, yeast, and beaten eggs. Beat until smooth. Gradually add flour to make soft dough. Turn out onto a board, knead until smooth, adding flour as needed. When smooth and elastic, let rest for 10 minutes. Shape into balls for rolls. Place in pan and let rise. When fully raised, bake at 350 for approximately 15-20 minutes.
