Ingredients:

1 c. Shredded Parmesan cheese
1 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 c. Bread Crumbs
1 egg, beaten
Salt, pepper and garlic powder (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic on pork chops. Mix grated Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in a bowl. Rinse pork chops and pat dry. Dip in beaten egg and dip both sides in shredded Parmesan cheese and the bread crumb/grated Parmesan cheese mixture. Place in oven at 425 for 20 minutes and turn over chops and bake for about 15-20 min more so that both sides get golden and crispy.

I usually make these on the grill, on medium coals for about 20 minutes per side -(20 minutes on one side flipping once and then 20 minutes on the other side.
