½ onion, diced
1 tsp cumin

Directions:
Brown cubed meat and add enough water to cover the meat. Add spices, onion, and tomato sauce while simmering and let simmer about 20-30 minutes until meat is tender, adding more water if needed. Add 1 tsp of Kitchen Bouquet (enough to make the gravy brown) and continue to simmer for a few more minutes. Mix 3 tbsp. flour and ¼ cup of water (you can shake this in a jar so there are no lumps) and add into gravy and meat mixture once meat is very tender. Mix well and simmer another 15 minutes. Serve with flour tortillas or use as filling for tacos.
