A pot of cooked pinto beans with juice (water used when cooking)
One package bacon, cut up in squares
1-2 tomatoes, diced
One bunch cilantro, chopped
Salt (to taste)
Garlic to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Take the slab of bacon and slice into one inch portions. As you fry the bacon, separate it and you will then have large bacon bits. Fry bacon (do not remove bacon grease) and add diced tomatoes and sauté for a few minutes, then add cilantro and mix for 30 seconds and add all this mixture to pot of cooked beans. Easy to cook pinto beans in crockpot and when done add bacon mixture.
