1 c. margarine (2 sticks), softened
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
8 tbsp. buttermilk (can just add a little vinegar to regular milk and let sit a minute)
1 tsp baking soda
tsp salt
2 c. bananas, mashed
1 c. walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine, sugar, and eggs, then add dry ingredients and buttermilk slowly, mixing well. Stir in bananas and nuts and bake in greased loaf pans for 50-60 minutes at 350.
