Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c. margarine (2 sticks), softened
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
8 tbsp. buttermilk ( or you can just add a little vinegar regular milk and let sit a minute)
1 tsp baking soda
tsp salt
2 c. bananas, mashed
1 c. walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine, sugar, and eggs, then add dry ingredients and buttermilk slowly, mixing well. Stir in bananas and nuts and bake in greased loaf pans for 50-60 minutes at 350. Test for doneness with a toothpick or knife (will come out clean).

I will use small loaf pans as it is easier to get center of bread done. However if bread is not done in middle and top is browning too much, just put tinfoil over bread and continue to bake.
