Meat Sauce (any tomato meat sauce will work; I make the spaghetti sauce in a crockpot)
Lasagna noodles (about 6 noodles prepared according to package)
1 egg, beaten
2 c. ricotta cheese
c. grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, ricotta cheese, c. of the parmesan cheese, and parsley. Place 3 noodles in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan covering bottom of pan, then add enough meat sauce to cover the noodles. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the meat sauce. Sprinkle with 4 oz of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers (noodles, meat sauce, cheese mixture) finishing with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for about 30-35 minutes.
