1 CUP CHOPPED TOMATO
1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
1/3 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
1 1/2 CUPS MILK
3/4 CUP BISQUICK
3 EGGS
SALT TO TASTE
PEPPER TO TASTE

GREASE 10" PIE PLATE
SPRINKLE VEGETABLES & CHEESE IN PLATE.
BEAT REMAINING INGREDIENTS UNTIL SMOOTH. ( BLENDER OR BEATEN)
POUR INTO PIE PLATE
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & KNIFE INSERTED IN CENTER, COMES OUT CLEAN, APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES

SERVE WARM OR COLD.

IF USING A 9" PIE PLATE DECREASE MILK TO ONE CUP. BISQUICK TO 1/2 CUP, AND EGGS TO TWO.
