2# liver (ground)
1 teaspoon of salt
2-3 tablespoon of water
2-3 cups of flour
2 cups of bread, cubed
1/4 cup of margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Grind liver and mix ingredients (except bread, flour & margarine.
Mix in the flour a little at a time until you have a batter (Thicker than pancakes, where it falls off the spoon).
Put some on a wooden board and spoon small amounts into boiling water using a knife. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove, drain and place in a bowl. ( keep covered to stay warm). Repeat proscess until all noodles are cooked.
Brown the bread in margarine in a skilette, serve on top of noodles.
