2 cans chunk chicken drained
3 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
1 cup cheddar shredded cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1.5 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together except for crackers and margarine. Pour in a 9 x 13 baking dish or pan.
Scrunch Ritz crackers up and pour in a bowl. Melt margarine and pour over crackers. Stir, then sprinkle on chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees till it begins to bubble, About 30 minutes.
If top of casserole begins to get too brown lay a piece of foil on top till casserole bubbles.
