2 QUARTS PEAS

1 QUART SLICED PEA PODS

1 CUP BUTTER

SALT - TO TASTE

PEPPER - TO TASTE

1/2 CUP SUGAR

2 BUNCHES PARSLEY - CHOPPED

1 PINT CREAM

2 QUARTS MILK

Directions:
Directions:
COOK CARROTS WITH BUTTER FOR TEN MINUTES.

ADD PEAS & COOK FOR 15 MINUTES

ADD PEA PODS AND COOK UNTIL DONE

MAKE WHITE SAUCE. ADD MILK. POUR INTO PEA MIXTURE. ADD PARSLEY, SALT, PEPPER, AND SUGAR.

ADD MORE PARSLEY & BRING TO BOIL

ADD CREAM & BRING TO BOIL
