Mix:
2 cups finely crushed graham crumbs
2 Tbsp cocoa
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup sifted icing sugar
1 cup finely chopped nuts

Combine:
1 1/2 Tbsp liquid honey or syrup
1/4 cup rum (or more)

Directions:
Add liquid ingredients slowly to the crumb mixture. Use hands to mix. When ingredients hold together, stop adding liquid. Roll into small balls (bite size) and freeze. Roll in powdered sugar before serving.
