2 Tbsp gelatin
1/2 cup OJ
1/2 cup Grand Marnier
1 cup sugar
12 oz chocolate
8 eggs, separated
2 cups whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in orange juice in top of double boiler. Place chocolate in double boiler over simmering water and melt. Add 1/2 cup sugar and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and beat in egg yolks one at a time. Beat egg whites with pinch of salt to soften peaks. Add rest of the sugar, slowly, beating to stiff peaks. Fold in chocolate mixture. Whip cream and fold all together carefully.
