2 c white sugar
2 c cake flour
1 c boiling water
1 tsp. salt
Mix and let stand until real cold.
6 egg whites: Beat these until foamy then add 1 tsp. cream of tartar and 2 tsp. baking powder: beat until very stiff(stand in peaks) add 1 tsp. vanilla

.Fold egg whites into sugar, flour and water mixture but be sure this mixture is real cold first. Bake in loaf pan.
350 oven.
