3/4 c rice
2 tbs fat
5 c water
2 onions
2 c tomatoes
1/2 c chopped green peppers
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the rice in the fat until brown, then add water and boil until soft. Saute onions in a little fat; mix with tomatoes and copped peppers and add to the rice. Add seasoning, and place in a greased casserole. Bake 350º for 30 minutes
