1/3 c butter
1 c brown sugar
3 egg yolks
3/4 c cold strong coffee
1/4 tsp vanilla
12 lady fingers

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the fat and add sugar gradually, then the egg-yolks. Add coffee little by little and vanilla. If the coffee is added quickly the mixture will curdle. Line a mold with the lady fingers. Turn the mocha mixture into the middle and chill. Unmold and serve on a platter.
