6 cups flour
3 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp salt
1 cup vegetable shortening, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Add the flour, baking powder and salt to the bowl of a food processor.
Pulse ingredients for about 15 seconds.
Add in the shortening and pulse the processor until the mixture resembles cornmeal.
Place mix into an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 months.
