6 potatoes, iced (mashed)
3 tbs fat
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
2 eggs
1/4 c grated cheese
1/2 c buttered crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Add fat, seasonings, and eggs to hot riced potatoes. Beat until light and mound on a baking dish. Cover with grated cheese and then with buttered crumbs. Bake at 400 10 minutes or until crumbs are brown.
