1 cup flour
1 cup water
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup salt
1 tsp cream of tartar
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a medium saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until mixture pulls away from the sides of the pan and becomes Playdough consistency.
Knead until cool. Add colors.
