24 small scallops
24 pineapple wedges
24 strips bacon
6 slices buttered toast

Directions:
Directions:
Place a scallop and a pineapple wedge at opposite ends of each bacon strip. Roll strips toward the center so that scallops and pineapple are wrapped in bacon. Place 2 together on skewers. Broil until bacon is crisp, about 10 minutes, turning to brown all sides. Place 2 skewers on each slice of toast and remove skewer carefully.
