1/2 peck hot peppers
1/2 peck sweet peppers
1 qt white vinegar
3 c water
1 c oil
1 pint olives including juice
4 cloves garlic halved
1/3 c oregano
1/3 c salt









Directions:
Directions:
Cut peppers into desired size rings, cutting only stem cap off and slicing core and seeds with rest of pepper.
Soak overnight in non-metal covered container. Pack into sterile jars pressing down to maximize amount in each jar. Heat in canner until boiling -NO LONGER Remove and let cool slowly away from drafts.
