1 tbsp. olive oil
cup bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup onion, finely chopped
cup celery, finely chopped
tsp. salt
1 lbs. ground beef
cup ketchup
2 cups tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsps. brown sugar
pinch ground cloves
tsp. dried thyme
pinch cayenne pepper
2 turns freshly ground black pepper
4 hamburger buns

Bring all ingredients to a boil and let simmer 15 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
