2 lbs. icing sugar
2 tsps. vanilla extract
1 cup vegetable shortening
1 cup butter
1½ tbsps. hot water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, vegetable shortening and vanilla together in a mixer and blend on medium high speed for 3 minutes. Add hot water and mix well. Gradually add icing sugar a little at a time and mix till well blended.
