1 1/2( oz.) Jamaican dark rum
2 ( oz.) pineapple juice
1/2 (oz.) sweetened cream of coconut
1 scoop crushed ice
Pineapple slice for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and ice in a blender until smooth. Serve in a tall glass and garnish with a fresh pineapple slice.

Double the recipe for more servings.
