1 – 12oz box vanilla wafers
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 container of Kool whip
2 10-16 oz frozen strawberries defrosted not drained
1 cup chopped pecans


Directions:
Directions:
Crumble wafers * into fine crumbs and sprinkle ½ of these on bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Whip butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs until creamy – will be almost runny. Pour over crumbs. Spread kool whip over butter mixture. Pour strawberries over this. Mix nuts in remaining crumbs and spread over strawberries. Ref overnight or longer.

* I use the food processor to do all of this! Crumbs and butter mix
